Detailed Job Description:

Provide support for L1.5 incidents for WCS application KiSoft (Knapp) and Manhattan WMS application. Provide resolution for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running. Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents. Participate in the meetings with client and offshore teams. As required prepare test scenarios for testing WCS and WMS applications.
