Detailed Job Description:

Provide support for L1 incidents for WMS systems. Provide data fixes for the critical incidents to keep the DC operations running. Prepare test strategy as per various testing phases like system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing, production verification testing etc. Coordinate with the client and the offshore team members in order to expedite the fixes to incidents. Participate in the meetings with client/ offshore team
