Must Have Skills:

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Manhattan WMOS (preferably in WMOS 2013 OR higher) warehouse management system preferably in application support. Should have strong technical experience in Unix/Linux, SQL/PLSQL and IBM Cognos reporting Should have rich experience in technical troubleshooting in case of Server / DB issues as well. Should have experience in reviewing Manhattan logs, DB logs, restarts and suggest improvements Should have experience working in offshore / onsite model

Nice to have skills:

Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills Should be good in periodic status reporting to the client

L2 support of Manhattan WMOS application running in ULTA distribution Centers Should have experience handling the peak season and should be able to provide quick solutions to outages of distribution centers Coordinate with client and end users to provide end to end solutions for the production incidents Periodic Status reporting to client
