Senior Consultant with experience on Business Operations Production support in Order management domain. Engaging with key stakeholders in analyzing business operations issues on Order Management domain to provide solution for resolution restoring functionality. Impact assessment, Order fallout processing corrections. 10 years experience in working with leading Telcos in production support area for OSS domain. Proven ability in managing Business Operations stakeholders in a functional role Top 3 responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute: Playing a key business operations consultant role in the OSSOrder Management area. Attending to day t oday queries from business on Process Application Initial triage of an incident which requires application knowledge. Work with business users to understand the problem and suggest work arounds, or transfer ticket to Dev team for further analysis
