Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider five years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 8 years of experience in Data Center & WAN Minimum 8 years of Infrastructure support with Data Center network planning, architecture and standards. Work cross-functionally with project management, network engineering to generate implementation plans including Method of Procedure (MOP) and Bill of Materials (BOM), Engineering Design Packages (EDP), Scope of Works (SOW), Network equipment and Rack Face Elevations (RFE). Networking experience in configuring and troubleshooting IP routing/switching technologies and Key protocols including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, ISIS and VRRP, STP, RSTP. Networking hands on experience in Cisco ACI (Application Centric Infrastructure). Networking experience in SD-WAN concepts (prior experience with any vendor). Networking hands on experience in Site-to-Site VPN (IPSEC tunnels, Split tunneling, SSL etc.) configuration and troubleshooting. Networking experience in configuring and troubleshooting the Firewalls like Palo alto, Cisco ASA & FTD along with NAT/PAT, DNAT, SNAT. Knowledge required on Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine). Experience on working with Nexus switches will be an added advantage. Familiarity and experience on Cisco wireless product like WLC, Light weighted AP is a plus. Strong analytical skills and experience required on ITIL process (release, change and incident) and severity rules. Should manage SLAs. Collaborate with other teams and full fill the requirement & demands.
