MySQL DBA able to provide Engineering and Ops support across Dev, Test, QA and production environment. 

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

New Application Database Support Application Database services Database Engineering Performance Fine tuning DR failover testing Enhancement and Deployment Follow ITIL processes like Incident Management, Service Request Management, Change Management, Support in troubleshooting issues and providing the required support to application teams Root cause analysis for problem, identify the fix and implement workarounds Coordination with project stakeholders and offshore teams
