Come take this leap with us. Your ideas, thinking, and voice are wanted. The Role: Manage IT for our NYC corporate office and 100 US retail locations. Lead an IT team, ensuring technical support, minimal downtime, and efficient infrastructure. Experience with Google Workspace, BetterCloud, Jamf, and JumpCloud is highly desired. Role Location: This role is based in New York City. We have a hybrid office culture with the expectation to be in-office three days a week.   Core Responsibilities: + Manage and mentor IT team (hiring, training, performance). + Oversee daily support operations, ensuring timely issue resolution in Slack and Intercom. + Develop/implement support policies, procedures, and SLAs. + Manage IT budget. + Provide technical guidance on hardware, software, and network issues. + Oversee IT system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, POS, network devices). + Manage corporate network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, security). + Ensure data security and integrity. + Support retail-specific technology (POS, inventory management). + Manage retail technology vendors. + Provide and manage corporate desktop support. + Manage IT vendors and contracts. + Maintain documentation and generate performance reports. + Administer and support Google Workspace, BetterCloud, Jamf, and JumpCloud environments. + Administer and support device inventory and asset management via Snipe-IT. + Prepare and support new store openings (NSOs) throughout the year. Candidate Requirements + Bachelor's or equivalent experience in Computer Science/IT or related field. + 3 years IT support management experience, preferably with multi-location retail support. + Strong leadership and management skills. + Excellent technical skills (hardware, software, networking, security). + POS and retail technology experience essential. + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. + Experience with Google Workspace, BetterCloud, Jamf, and JumpCloud preferred. Salary Range Transparency A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. All corporate roles are eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level.
