What you’ll do

 

You define, document, and optimize our business processes, ensuring that they are efficient, effective, and scalable

You lead cross-functional process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and optimize IT operations  

You develop and implement IT processes and standards as well as their process-related documentation in the area of IT service management such as change management, incident management, problem management 

As IT Senior Process Manager you establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure the effectiveness of IT processes

You train and support team members on new and updated processes, ensuring that they have the necessary knowledge and resources to execute their tasks effectively

You serve as a subject matter expert for IT process management, ITIL, Agile, or other process frameworks

 

What you bring

 

5+ years of experience in (IT) process management or a related field

Deep knowledge of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex process-related issues

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience with process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio or Lucidchart

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent German and English language skills
