Job Description:
As a Project Manager, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the activities planned by Program Management Office of client. You will be intensely involved in; Coordination with internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful execution of the projects
Developing project scope and define objectives involving all relevant stakeholders Develop a detailed project plan to track project progressManage changes in project scope, schedule and costsManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersMature and document the existing PM onboarding processManage projects using various tools like Jira, Confluence, Planview, SAP, Ariba, Sharepoint, ServiceNOWUse Scrum, Waterfall models in PM activitiesRequired
More than 8 years of hands-on experience in end to end project managementManaging the projects through the life cycleManaging risks and issues and taking corrective actionCoordinate with Project Managers of other project tracksManaging and utilizing the resources across the projectsManaging stakeholder’s communicationPeriodic Monitoring and Status reportingCoordinate with other teams and 3rd party providers as delegated by TSC for the interdependenciesAbility to support working outside of normal business hours to provide after hour when necessary to solve high profile issues or complete critical path projectsPreferred
Prefer experience in a Retail environment.  Ability to pull a diverse group of individuals with different goals together and facilitate productive discussions. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentDemonstrated leadership capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group.
