Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Detailed Job Description: Bachelors degree with 10+ years of related IT experience focused on large deployments and implementation, including significant experience managing teams on technical projects Knowledge and experience in following tools, disciplines and processes are required: SAP Solution Manager, Azure DevOps, SAP ChaRM, ITIL tools processes, HP Service Manager, quality management tools, project implementation and production support experience Project management skills with strong experience Service transition projects experience Project management activities under client guidance Creation of transition plan from Project to DevOps team Identify various tracks for the transition, engage with various team and track the progress 3+ years focused on managing IT transitions Experience managing IT Operations and DevOps desirable Experience in CPG industry preferred Experience with application managed services or vendor management desirable Ability to work collaboratively across project teams Proficient in written spoken English Knowledge of integration points between business processes. Solves highly complex problems within their work team Ability to manage budget Demonstrates the desire and ability to develop new technology skills, business knowledge, and customer service capability through training, experimentation, and self-study Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical topics / issue to non-technical partners / stakeholders Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements Provides outstanding customer service skills to direct and indirect customers Adaptability and flexibility including ability to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change
