Allstate ISG would like to engage service provider to assist in providing skilled team members to strengthen their operations support. Activities in scope are as follows. Creating and maintaining user groups Creating and maintaining user roles Understand ISG Data Architecture and processes needed for supporting Should have Oracle SQL knowledge need to support, responding to user queries. Maintain security framework To play a role of junior Data analyst person in the experience range of 3 - 5 yrs for ISG area in Allstate. Person should be familiar with production support process. Insurance domain is added advantage.
