This position is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of LCS CRM systems. This position serves as technical subject matter expert and consultant to senior leadership on the direction of and best practices related to our systems. This position is also responsible for leading the most complex projects that impact the entire system user group.

The Role:
Lead and advise on the strategic planning and roadmap development for LCS CRM systems, aligning with business objectives and priorities.
Utilizing extensive system experience, oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of LCS CRM systems to meet complex business requirements and enhance system functionality.
Serve as the subject matter expert for system integrations, create, configure, maintain, and monitor files. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, Mulesoft, Pardot, Engage (as well as other CRM related systems) providing guidance and support to senior leadership, cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.
Lead the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including planning, testing, and deployment activities, to ensure the stability and reliability of the platform.
Collaborate with business leaders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions that optimize processes and workflows.
Lead large, complex projects that impact the entire user base and align with strategic initiatives. Create project plans, gain stakeholder support, create communication and change management plans, lead project team meetings, ensure appropriate time and people resources are planned for and allocated, lead project through execution.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and configuration guides, to support knowledge transfer and ensure system integrity.
Mentor and coach junior members of the IT team, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing opportunities to foster their professional growth and development.
Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and system updates to recommend and implement innovative solutions and enhancements.
As needed, analyze and resolve the most complex tickets escalated by the team.

Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience required. 8+ years of related experience required, with direct business systems experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and understand technical documents is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization required. Must be detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines. Must be able to effectively consult with and influence large stakeholder groups and senior leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results Business specific programming language preferred.
