Responsibilities:
Focuses on defining customer technical needs and requirements. From this, recommends solutions that satisfies both the customer and company objectivesProvide support for SiteMinder/ LDAP Identity solution proof of concepts and participate in technical discovery calls with prospective clientsFocus to maintains high customer satisfaction At times, will work closely with support, professional services, and product management to ensure solution design fits with customers’ business requirements.Responsible for system quality assurance and consistency with installation and security policy and standards.Desired Technical Qualifications:
AD/LDAP skills and directory services. Proven production support of Siteminder, LDAP, and SAML. Experience with WAM products (CA SiteMinder/IdentityMinder, ForgeRock, etc.)Microsoft Cloud (Azure, AWS, O365, etc.)Experience with various types of operating systems and web application servers (Apache, IIS, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Tomcat, etc.)Good diagnostic, analytical, troubleshooting, design and communication skillsEssential Qualifications:
BTech computer science or equivalent degree.At least 10 years’ experience with enterprise-level software systems in a client-facing role.
