Job Description:
Provides end user and administrative support to internal and external clients for applications/systems used by Crowe employees and customers. Uses Knowledge Base articles to assist end users with resolving issues. Provides feedback related to Knowledge based article content and applicability. Works closely with IT Troubleshooting and Solutions teams to communicate unresolved issues as reported by the end users.
Responsibilities:
Triage tickets and calls
Properly identify and categorize
Verify accurate short description
Create Incidents when appropriate
Relate if Problem number applies
Utilize knowledge articles for accurate support
Creates and updates knowledge base articles
Follow up with clients for additional information
Identify new Knowledge opportunities
Provide feedback and suggestion on Knowledge for clarity as needed
Verify all information required for escalation is provided
Follow defined escalation paths for groups and applications
Escalate incidents to Troubleshooting as needed
Available for support during nonbusiness hours as required, especially during busy seasons
Provides training to other Staff when necessary
Meets established service level agreements
Adheres to Firm security processes and procedures
Work Timing: Night Shift
