Overview
Chubb is looking for an IT Service Delivery Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:
Liaise with the various business teams to understand the key systems workflows, dependencies, and business impact when incidents are reported. Act as a focal point for service escalations from the business, both incident and service requests, ensuring they are dealt with swiftly by the appropriate IT teams and kept the business customers informed of progress & resolution. Liaise with the various business and IT teams to implement IT services process improvements regarding incident management, user profile admin and application access. Utilize relationships with key business users and provide major incident escalations based on business impact and interruption. Major incident support provided to coordinate with collaboration with clear and consistent business stakeholder communications and business checkout/validation at remediation. Provide guidance and support with local IT requirements and application access where applicable (onboarding new software, web portal access/blocking). Ensure failed changes and releases are investigated and lessons learnt. Ability to learn and understand the Chubb IT and Business environment quickly.Qualifications:
Minimum first-level degree (or equivalent) expected, although practical experience is of greater importance. At least 3 years of experience in a similar technically oriented, business-focused role, looking for a new challenge/opportunities. Experience of working within a large global organization, with a European remit and where IT services are delivered from multiple geographies and time zones is desirable. IT support skills gained from previous experience in delivering operational IT services. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with IT teams and business users. Experience of prior working within insurance and/or financial services is desirable. Experience in analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability, determination, and willingness to learn from challenging assignments and deadlines. Experience with owning the accountability to manage the resolution of reported issues. Working with business users of all levels of IT literacy. ITIL Foundation Level qualification a distinct advantage.
