The IT Service Delivery Coordinator will lead and coordinate implementation of small projects. **Key Duties and Responsibilities:** + Manage IT hardware and device inventory and deployment for the Americas region. + Manage mobile phones via Apple Business Manager (ABM) + Staging/imaging of PC’s. + Support local conference rooms associated technology. + Management of mobile phones, from ordering to deployment + Support and administrate global software packages. + Coordination and support for network activities + Assist with IT Vendor management. + Install and configures LANs, WANs, and wireless networks; monitors and troubleshoots network performance. + Ensure regional systems are operating in compliance with global IT security requirements. **Education and Experience** + Bachelor’s degree or Associated degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, or equivalent years of experience + 5+ years of relevant Information Technology experience + Experience using and supporting a cloud based first network architecture with multiple regional sites and remote users. + Experience leading and coordinating small projects. **Skills and Knowledge** + Excellent knowledge of technical PC hardware and software, and peripheral computer equipment. + Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, Google Chrome, Cofax PDP Viewer. + General knowledge of ERP and business process management software. + Strong organization skills and experience with IT corporate team projects. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. + Ability to adapt to quickly changing schedules. + Ability to work well with interdepartmental teams as well as independently. + Ability to work with minimal to moderate supervision. **Travel** Business travel as needed which may include overnight travel. **Work Environment** This job operates in a professional office environment with hybrid scheduling. Based on the job description, the role will use standard office equipment.
