IT Service Desk Analyst
Our client in the IT industry is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team. As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will be part of the Service Desk team supporting James’ Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency, organizational and communication skills, and exposure with using TEAMS, Zoom, and conference room audio/video technology, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** IT Service Desk Analyst **Location:** Detroit Metro, MI - OnSite **Pay Range:** $24-$26 hourly W2 **What's the Job?** + Provide first and second-level support by handling incoming queries and help requests from both internal and external customers per service level standards. + Troubleshoot and resolve break-fix issues related to hardware, software, and network systems. + Administer user provisioning and related access permissions for designated organization systems. + Reset end-user passwords and manage security privileges. + Document all calls and create detailed notes of the problems users are experiencing. **What's Needed?** + 3 years of experience working in a Service Desk environment. + Experience in device management needed.
