As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will play a critical role in coordinating and managing technology work orders, ranging from routine repairs to addressing major incidents. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the company’s IT service desk operations, ensuring smooth technology support across the organization. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand all aspects of the company’s IT Service Desk operations software.Monitor systems and network activities, respond to alerts, and diagnose issues.Provide phone support for technical issues, using documentation to troubleshoot and resolve problems.Notify appropriate parties of system issues and recommend updates to existing documentation as needed. Qualifications and RequirementsRequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Knowledge of IT concepts, practices, and procedures.2–3 years of related work experience.PreferredFamiliarity with Windows desktop and server operating systems.Knowledge of PC hardware, communication hardware/software.Experience with ServiceNow, Azure, and/or M365.Understanding of department practices and procedures.Insurance industry experience. Benefits and PerksPay Rate: $25.00 – $31.00 per hourMedical, Dental, and Life insurance benefits.Eligible for a 401(k) plan.Weekly Pay with direct deposit. Your New Organization
