Position Overview: We’re searching for an IT Help Desk Dispatcher to be the vital link between our clients and technical team. In this highly trainable role, you’ll handle incoming calls and emails, assess client needs, and assign tasks to the right technical resource. Your knack for organization and scheduling will ensure efficient ticket flow and balanced workloads for the team. Key Responsibilities: + Handle inbound calls and emails from clients and customers, gathering details to understand their requests. + Create, prioritize, and manage tickets in the service management system, ensuring accuracy and clarity. + Assign and schedule tickets to technical resources based on skillsets, availability, and urgency. + Monitor and manage the overall ticket flow to maintain service efficiency. + Organize and adjust schedules for the technical team, addressing any potential conflicts. + Provide status updates to clients and ensure prompt communication. + Collaborate with the technical team and leadership to enhance operational workflows. Requirements Qualifications: + Previous dispatcher experience is essential—ideally in a help desk, IT services, or similar environment. + Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills. + Clear and professional verbal and written communication abilities. + A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills. + Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT terminology is a plus but not required.
