We are looking for experienced candidates to help support our new lithium-ion battery production facility in Penang, Malaysia for commercialization of our 3D Silicon™ Lithium-ion Rechargeable Battery.Job SummaryThe IT Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the worldwide network and computer infrastructure at Enovix. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, communication, and technical skills. This person will also be responsible for developing business processes, supporting information security and compliance requirements. (SOX, security, etc.) ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for computer and software related issuesManage helpdesk tickets using our ServiceDesk ticketing systemAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyUp-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgradesExperience working with network and server support teamsComfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipmentAbility to work on-call when requiredAbility to work non-standard shift hours when requiredOther duties as assignedMust work on shift rotation, in a team with other colleagues to provide 7 x 24 hours SupportSkills and Qualifications5+ year's experience as a help desk technician, computer technician, or in IT supportExperience with Windows Desktop and Server OS, Active Directory, Office 365Experience with LAN/WAN/WiFi NetworksEnovix is an equal opportunity employer.
