This role is ideal for someone looking to launch their career in IT and develop their skills in an international, dynamic, and supportive environment.Please note that the internship takes place in the framework of a formal education/school and is to be performed from our office in Gent, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:Assist in setting up and maintaining Windows laptops, MacBooks, and M365.Provide first-level support and answer general IT questions from employees via phone, email, and in-person at the service desk in Ghent.Document and track incidents and service requests using our ticketing system.Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.Work alongside local and off-shore senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex issues.

   Qualifications:Affinity with Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications.Good communication skills in English.
