Job Title: Level 3 IT Services Engineer
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona - Hybrid
About the Role:
In this role, you'll provide high-quality technical support, mentor help desk team members, and handle escalations. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage service levels, and build strong client relationships while contributing to system and network administration.
Key Responsibilities: Provided solutions to help desk and NOC queues, addressed alerts, and resolved support requests. Serve as the primary engineer for assigned clients, maintaining strong relationships and resolving IT issues. Troubleshoot and support systems, networks, workstations, and cloud platforms (AWS, VMware, Linux). Ensure compliance with security best practices and industry standards (SOC 2, HIPAA, etc.) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience. 3–5 years of IT support experience. Expertise in operating systems, networking, and virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V). Strong troubleshooting, multitasking, and communication skills.
