Our work depends on an IT Services Leader to build strategy, provide operational excellence, and help position GDIT as a strategic partner with the Department of State Administration (A) Bureau.  As an IT Services Leader, you will promote GDIT’s brand awareness and position GDIT as a strategic delivery partner. The ideal candidate has relationships with key A decision makers in the DOS organization as well as experience successfully managing major programs. You will help the A meet emerging mission needs, provide leadership and foster a high performing team environment, help GDIT continue to grow and expand the portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Interface with A to align GDIT capabilities and strengths to meet mission needsDevelop and leverage relationships with key decision makers and influencersStrengthen alignment of GDIT organizational capabilities to client needsParticipate in all phases of the capture and growth life-cycle, providing the “voice of the customer”, including reviews and proposal and content development

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to obtain up to a Top Secret clearanceBachelor’s Degree or equivalent, 10+ years of leadership experienceCandidates must have in-depth leadership experience supporting programs at AProven experience driving culture change and leading a dynamic mission-focused teamsStrong strategic development and implementation experience, directing large teamsExperience with federal proposal processes, delivery and executionProven aptitude for teaching, coaching and mentoringLocal to the DC metro area and ability to travel to customer sites, as needed, is required
