About the Role
This is a Site administrator role reporting to the EUC Manager for the region. The role will involve the day-to-day on-site support of staff in the Budapest office and occasional remote support for other locations.
What You Will Do
What You Need
5 years plus experience in an IT support roleUnderstand requirements on the vision and roadmap on End-user spaceAbility to design, deploy, and manage end-user computing environmentGood experience in the core End User services domainKnowledge of computers/ Laptops/ Printers/ peripheral troubleshootingKnowledge of Office applications, MS O365, security clients, patch management, etc.Experience and knowledge in various methodologies and models for end-user services deliveryAwareness and experience in practice development initiativesMust have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Windows Operating systems (MS Windows 10 and 11)Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in Hungarian and English
