Device Management and Deployment:
Efficiently install, set up, document, prepare, and package iPads and laptops for distribution to leaders nationwide.
Coordinate shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery of devices.
Remote deployment through our MDM of policies to iPad and Laptops.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure devices meet organizational standards before deployment.
Remote deployment and manage our Mobile Deployment Management (MDM) of policies to iPad and Laptops.

Helpdesk Support:
Work in tandem with the IT team to provide troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across laptops, phones, and iPads.
Address and resolve issues related to Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft 365.
Assist the IT team in managing software installations, updates, and system configurations.
Top tier customer service to office, district, regional and PS Pros with emphasis on patience and education/training.

Skills:
Proficient in Windows 11, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, Apple Business Manager (ABM), iOS devices and MDM.
