About the Role:

The IT SOX Compliance Analyst (ITSCA) is responsible for ensuring that ChemTreat’s in-scope IT systems comply with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations. The ITSCA also leads and manages the IT SOX daily, weekly monthly, quarterly and annual compliance activities ensuring that IT business processes adhere to IT general controls (ITGC).

This position is part of the SOX PMO team located onsite in Glen Allen, VA with 1 flex day to work remote!

The essential responsibilities of the job include:

Supports SOX testing, walkthrough and audit activities by preparing reports and responding to Document Request Lists (DRL) and providing EAEPerforms periodic (e.g. daily, weekly, etc.) businesses processes to validate ITGCs are adhered to and drives remediation activitiesAssess potential risks and control gaps based on an understanding of the control environment and to limit the identification of control deficienciesParticipates in audit finding reviews and provides remediation support (e.g. document meeting outcomes, schedules meetings, etc.)Proactively leads and participates in all IT SOX compliance activities (e.g. walkthroughs, audits, etc.)Documents and maintains IT SOX Workbook, ensuring applicable ITGCs are implemented, and SOX policies and procedures remain up to date

Are you qualified?

Bachelor of Science degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2-4 years Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) experienceExperience in IT compliance or audit related to ERP systemsMS 365 experience (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint and Excel)Finance and Dynamics 365 (F&O) experience a plusMicrosoft Dynamics ERPProject Management and user training experience is desiredBusiness analysis and process improvement experience would be an asset

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
