Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

       

Daily maintain and support (2nd or 3rd level) the company IT infrastrcutre system including cabeling, network, telecommunication, PCs, printers, etcSupport of special event IT infrastructure to ensure smooth event execution (e.g. bi-monthly EMM meeting)Ensure backup work properlySupport all infrastructure projects in Greater China regionMember of workplace team to support all related operations and projects in APAC regionWorkplace management support as member of WP team (configuration PC, mobile, repair arrangement)Support IT governance, security related incident and task realizationRegular communication to reginoal team, local teamSupport Ginco related issues

Education / 教育背景

Bachelor degree and above in Information Technology or Computer Science or other related field.

Experience / 经验

5+ years of IT service management and process implementation experience2+ years’ technical experience with VMware4+ years’ server and network administration experience.3+ years’ ITSM process experience.Must be able to analyze and problem solve complex technical issues with minimal supervisionExcellent multi-tasking skills and ability to flex with changing priorities
