Arrow Exterminators is seeking an energetic self-starter who excels in a busy work environment with a widely varying array of responsibilities. This person is extremely personable and also comfortable speaking the \"Tech Language\" to other engineers. They will have a solid foundation in help desk support with some experience working with SaaS applications and switching technologies.\n

As a member of the Technology Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Arrow Exterminators continues to operate in excellence. You will thrive in both independent and team environments, possess outstanding communication skills and be well versed in developing relationships with all levels of personnel within the company.\n

Responsibilities\n\nSystem Administrator-type responsibilities including effective provisioning, installation\/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, and Partners.\nIdentify, troubleshoot and correct issues with corporate systems in order to ensure that employees are always not only satisfied, but extremely happy with both the process and resolution of the issue.\nAssist with various internal projects ranging from setting up new service centers with computers and VOIP phone systems, mobile device configuration and support (cell phones, iPads, etc.), printer support, operational improvements and hardware \/ software upgrades.\nIdentify opportunities to further develop and improve operational procedures.\nProvide phone and email technical analysis and support for the remote employees as well as travelling staff members.\nMultitask effectively during extremely busy times and prioritize to achieve the maximum impact.\nProperly document and track all work related activities within our ticketing system.\nAbility to take ownership of issues and follow through to completion with minimal supervision.\nShow patience and professionalism with coworkers while in stressful situations.\n\n

Position Requirements\n\nUp to 20% travel could be required\nBasic knowledge of Mosyle or similar MDM with iOS devices\n3+ years of related Windows desktop support (Windows 10\/11)\nExperience managing Office 365\nExperience with Microsoft Entra ID\nExperience using helpdesk ticketing software and\/or CRM software\nAdvanced understanding of IP-based computer networking and VoIP systems\nGood verbal skills with the ability to speak clearly and concisely\nAbility to work in a close-knit team environment\nAbility to analyze and extract essential information from vague requests for help, to determine the exact issue at hand\nMust be detail oriented and able to explain complex issues to common users\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while under pressure\nWillingness to work in an on-call work environment after hours support situation\n\n

Desired but not mandatory skills and experience\n\nBachelor's Degree in IT or related field of study\nIT Certificate in A+, MCSE or CCNA\nBasic knowledge of SQL databases\nMicrosoft Entra ID administration experience\nFacility access control, security & surveillance experience\nCustomer Service experience\/call center operations experience\nExperience with Cisco Meraki network environment or similar\n\n
