Summary You will serve as GG-2210-13 IT Specialist at the HOPPER GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS CENTER in Suitland, MD. As a senior Cloud Administrator, you will design, support, maintain, and operate cloud initiatives. Responsibilities You will serve as a senior Cloud Administrator with a primary emphasis on cloud technologies and specifically with Microsoft Azure with a working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and other cloud-based Windows technologies. You will work closely within the IT department to support and maintain cloud, Windows, and other infrastructures. You will provide expert technical support for Windows and cloud-based systems and troubleshoot operational issues as well as assist in managing cloud services and Windows server environments. You will ensure systems are maintained within approved environments and are compliant with Navy, Department of Defense, and Intelligence Community policies. You will successfully manage and align multiple projects across the Naval Intelligence technology portfolio to support innovative solutions to business challenges and legacy systems. You will participate and support cloud development efforts to inform future initiatives and efforts. You will lead cloud deployments/sustainment, data migration, application support; oversee the organization’s cloud computing infrastructure; and monitor the cloud management service efforts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications This position requires one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1.
