Summary You will serve as an IT Specialist (DATAMGMT/CUSTSPT) in the FRCSE of FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST. Responsibilities You will administer a database system to meet current and future business requirements of an organization's users. You will discuss operational issues with customers to determine fault troubleshooting operations You will develop information technology (IT) methods and procedures for a problem resolution database. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications I have one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined: 1.
