IT Specialist Infrastructure Operations
Summary
Serves as first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance in IT/OT (Information Technology/Operational Technology). Supporting onsite and remote staff in all IT related needs. Work with local IT to support local desktop and infrastructure needs. Provision and support of IT servers/workstations in administration and production.
Key responsibilities
Manage and prioritize incidents and service requests
Provide application and desktop support to users in North America
Ensuring quality in IT asset management.
Interface with teams across multiple countries
Ensure IT deadlines and deliverables are met
Collaborating with local and global IT
Procurement, provisioning, and troubleshooting of SIG standard HW and SW for desktop, notebook, telephony and video equipment
Ensure compliance with basic information security measures and share knowledge about them.
Taking ownership, working, and following up on all tickets initiated by local users to ensure agreed service delivery and quality within committed resolution times
Managing first-line troubleshooting of local infrastructure in liaison with the global second-level support groups
You bring these skills, experience & educationDegree Preferred in computer science. Certification acceptable
Supporting all clients with windows 10/11 Versions
Creating and managing user accounts; Azure/On Prem/M365 Admin
Supporting all clients with Microsoft 365 Support applications
