Responsibilities Responsible for providing solution, business process and technical expertise in the design, development, and implementation of web-based new development applications. Perform requirements and design analysis to determine feasibility of implementation and to determine optimal application approaches. Explain the impact of internal and external strategies on the product development, maintenance, and customer base and applies that understanding to product innovation. Researches, establishes, and implements design, development, and architectural standards across the product line, leveraging software engineering, cloud computing, data analysis and development standards ensuring compliance and continuity. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02 (GS-11 or equivalent) grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Designing and leading solution or technical architecture campaigns across a portfolio of programs and/or technologies; AND 2) Experienced with evaluating and optimizing approaches to technical solutions and then communicating and directing recommended architectures and strategies to senior leadership or key stakeholders.
