Job Description An enterprise Life Sciences (Medical Device) company is seeking an IT Specialist to join their team. This person will be joining a team responsible for R&D, testing, and validation of medical device products and will be reporting directly to the Sr. IT Manager for R&D Labs. They will be working cross functionally across IT and the business stakeholders to improve processes and recommend solutions from a network and systems perspective. They should be comfortable offering executive level end user support and have great written and verbal communication skills. Skills and Requirements * 5+ years of experience supporting networking and lab systems * Experience with benchtop assets, network segregation, cybersecurity, and lab environments in an end user support role * Experience working within an R&D Organization of a healthcare related field (Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals) * Agile experience * Strong communicator, able to build relationships and articulate technical solutions * Experience with network architecture, design, and support * Experience configuring applications to meet GxP compliance requirements * Experience managing cloud and physical infrastructure across windows and linux null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
