The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Helpdesk Intern to join our Digital Experience & Enablement team.
In this role, you will provide technical support to end-users, assisting with troubleshooting, system setup, and the resolution of IT issues. You will help ensure seamless digital experiences by maintaining hardware and software systems, supporting the integration of new tools, and offering on-demand technical assistance. This internship will allow you to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, technology-driven environment, contributing to the improvement and enablement of digital workflows across the organization.
Job Requirements:
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows, macOS)Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques for common IT issues.A customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.Eagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and best practices in IT support.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple requests simultaneously.Candidate Profile:
You have the ability and interest in working full-time (a maximum of 38 hours/week) in our Sunnyvale, CA office, in correspondence with the company’s hybrid policy. You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and are successfully maintaining an above average GPA. This summer internship is scheduled to run from June - August 2025.
