Cassidy is looking for an IT Supervisor to provide additional technical support to end-users across our company. The ideal candidate will thrive in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, playing a key role in ensuring seamless IT operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, as the role involves working with personnel at all organizational levels. What You'll Do + VPN connectivity/installations and IMAC software/hardware requests. + Assets management. + Antivirus management and Citrix installation troubleshooting. + Mobile device management (MDM) for IOS and android devices. + Work within the Active Directory system + Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues through in-person, phone, or email support. + Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. + Troubleshoot and resolve OS errors, application malfunctions, and network issues. + Maintain detailed records of support requests, solutions, and equipment inventory in the ticketing system. + Set up new computers, users, printers, and install necessary software. + Offer after-hours support as needed.
