The IT Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist I - is responsible for all aspects of supply chain operations and logistics, including order processing, shipping/receiving, maintaining accurate inventory levels, communication with vendors, billing, cost allocation and reporting. This role may work with other business units to ensure the day-to-day business needs are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
·Oversee multiple functions of supply chain management, including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
·Responsible for processing, scheduling, and receiving shipments of equipment and/or part orders.
·Maintain accurate billing and allocation of equipment/ part orders.
·Adhere to the Bank IT asset policies to maintain uninterrupted flow of equipment.
·Maintain the asset management database and perform scheduled audits on stock levels and provide asset reporting to management.

Competencies Required:
·Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
·Basic proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
·Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
·Strong problem solving and follow up skills.
·Proactive self-starter with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
·Ability to follow directions and apply proper policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
·1 years supply chain/ inventory experience required.
·2 years IT hardware asset experience preferred.
·Understanding of general accounting concepts preferred.
·Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.

Formal Education & Certification:
·Associates degree in Business Administration, IT, or other related field preferred.
·Supply Chain Management Certificates is preferred.

Work Status:
·Full-Time.

Supervisory Responsibility:
·None.

Travel:
·0% - no travel expected.

Working Conditions:
·Conditions may involve lifting up-to 40 pounds, sitting most of the time, but may involve walking, moving, bending, or standing for brief periods, and frequent lifting and carrying boxes, equipment, office supplies, etc.
