We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist with at least 2 years' experience. You will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure the seamless operation of our client's shipping-focused IT infrastructure.
 
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Maintain and monitor shipping-specific software systems. Liaise with teams to implement technology upgrades. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards. Requirements
Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.  Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Knowledge of shipping-related IT systems is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. How to Apply:
