Description We are looking to bring on board a detail-oriented IT Support individual. The role involves working in the industry, located in Princeton, New Jersey, United States. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle all workflow entering the IT Support Team using FreshService • Balance work requests from both in-house and remote personnel • Supervise team tickets to ensure adherence to support procedures • Guarantee timely and efficient response from the Technical Support Analyst team to user requests, in line with Corporate Systems and Websites SLAs • Provide periodic reports on performance against SLAs • Take the lead on projects implementing IT Best Practices/Policies • Coordinate multiple, concurrent projects ensuring completion within the defined scope and timelines • Identify and manage risks, reporting and escalating them timely • Utilize strong analytical ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware/software problems • Provide technical leadership and consultation to team members for resolving challenging problems • Maintain a high focus on providing excellent customer service.
