IT Support Analyst
Description We are recruiting for an IT Support Analyst in New York, New York, 10106-0001, United States. The individual stepping into this role will be tasked with handling a wide range of IT-related duties, including the provision of technical support to end-users, infrastructure maintenance, and support case management. Responsibilities: • Deliver technical assistance to end users within the organization, diagnosing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner • Manage and maintain user account information and passwords across various IT systems, including setup of new user accounts/email in a Microsoft Windows Active Directory/Office 365 environment • Provide support for LAN and WIFI devices, including analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of network problems • Monitor and maintain all support issues and calls within the Support management system, ensuring quality level of support and adherence to organization's technology use policies • Assist in the setup and relocation of computers, unified communications systems, Teams telephones, Mobile Devices, and various peripheral equipment • Support the testing, provision, and reimagining of new and reallocated computers, laptops, and other equipment as directed • Coordinate with various vendors to ensure a functional and efficient working environment • Provide technical support for standard enterprise software applications, custom web applications, and desktop hardware • Be available to support after hours and weekend events as needed, including local travel and ability to respond at short notice. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT support field or related area • Proficiency in Audio Visual technology and its applications • Strong experience in Application Support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues • Proficient in operating systems including Windows and Mac OS • Advanced knowledge and experience in using Office 365 • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle IT related issues promptly • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for providing clear instructions to users • Proven ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines • Must be proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality service.
