Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled IT Support Analyst to join our Manufacturing team based in Niles, Illinois. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries in addition to monitoring customer accounts. Responsibilities: • Efficiently handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise. • Accurately process customer applications in a timely manner. • Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure they remain accurate. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate action when necessary. • Utilize basic office skills to perform daily tasks and operations. Requirements • Applicant must possess a high school diploma or equivalent educational certification. • Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is highly desirable. • Proven experience in an IT support role is required. • Proficiency in basic office skills such as Microsoft Office Suite, email management, and data entry is necessary. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively. • Must have excellent communication skills to explain technical processes in non-technical terms. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines. • Willingness to work in a contract role and be flexible with work hours as required. • Knowledge of IT systems used in manufacturing industries would be a plus. • Must possess a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. • Should be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection laws. • Familiarity with ITIL framework will be an added advantage. • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. • Must be able to physically lift and move IT equipment as needed.
