The IT Support Analyst Internship responsibilities include (but are not limited to): 

Assisting with daily administrative tasks   Assisting with constructing schedules and technical support packets for go-live   Assisting with testing user workflows   Shadowing and supporting Epic go-lives   Shadowing and support site visits to practices on Epic workflows  Providing innovative ways to enhance processes   Collaborating on ad-hoc tasks as needed
