IT Support Analyst Intern

The IT Support Analyst Internship responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
+ Assisting with daily administrative tasks
+ Assisting with constructing schedules and technical support packets for go-live
+ Assisting with testing user workflows
+ Shadowing and supporting Epic go-lives
+ Shadowing and support site visits to practices on Epic workflows
+ Providing innovative ways to enhance processes
+ Collaborating on ad-hoc tasks as needed
+ Applicants must be currently enrolled in a full-time accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a public or private College/University, and be in good academic standing at their institution
+ Must be committed to completing the duration of the internship from June 2025 - August 2025
+ Work 37.5 hours per week and commit to a minimum of 375 hours for the duration of the internship
+ Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
+ Possess impeccable time management skills
+ Identify as a multi-tasker with strong organizational skills
+ Creative and critical thinking skills a must
+ Demonstrated experience developing and executing projects from start to finish
