Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an IT Support Analyst - Level 2 in Naples, Florida. Working within the service industry, you will be actively involved in addressing a wide range of technological issues and ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems. Responsibilities: • Utilize your hands-on experience in infrastructure, network, storage, servers, security, Windows, Linux, etc. for both on-premise and cloud resources. • Apply your network and operating system knowledge to ensure efficient system operations. • Manage and implement server/clients with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Platforms and Federation Services like NetIQ, ADFS, Azure MFA, Keycloak, Redhat SSO, Duo, SAML, etc. • Use your excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with team members and clients. • Demonstrate well-refined troubleshooting skills to determine the root cause of problems and resolve systemic issues. • Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals to facilitate smooth operations. • Apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. • Employ your experience with Agile development methodologies to manage projects. • Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments to enhance system operations. • Hold three or more of the following: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Cloud+, Apple Certified Support Engineer. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or IT-related field • Proficient in Android Development • Hands-on experience with Cisco Technologies • Demonstrated knowledge of Citrix Technologies • Familiarity with Mac Computers • Proficiency in using Microsoft tools and software • Experience in managing Active Directory • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Apple Devices • Understanding of Computer Hardware components and their functionality • Proven experience in Configuration Management • Prior experience in IT Deployments.
