We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with experience in Audio/Visual (A/V) technology to join our team. This role will involve providing technical support for end users, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and assisting with the management and maintenance of A/V equipment in conference rooms, meeting spaces, and other areas. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a solid understanding of IT support processes, and experience with A/V technology integration and troubleshooting.

Required:

Proven experience in IT support, providing hands-on troubleshooting and technical assistance to end users.Experience with A/V technology, including video conferencing systems, projectors, speakers, microphones, and related equipment.Familiarity with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and computer hardware/software.Ability to troubleshoot both IT and A/V issues, providing effective solutions for a variety of technical challenges.
