Will be required to provide both remote and onsite support for all client service-related issues. A solid understanding and knowledge of network, server, software, troubleshooting, and teamwork are essential.
Provide end-user support and troubleshoot hardware problems with desktops, laptops, and other computer peripherals, as well as desktop applications.Troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues, including conference rooms, office wired/wireless networks, and printers, ensuring IT equipment remains functional.Handle IT stationary procurement, computer purchases, and new computer setups.Provide IT support for company events.Assist with IT infrastructure tasks through remote hands.Support IT administration tasks such as maintaining IT-related fixed asset accuracy, mobile phones, telecom, and copiers management.Possess good knowledge of popular operating systems and software applications, including MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, DHCP, VPN, and others.Minimum Qualifications
A bachelor's degree and 3 years of related work experience in an enterprise-level IT support function, or 10 years of work experience with an associate degree.Knowledge of network implementation, server hardware, software installation, and maintenance, working in coordination with other corporate IT teams.Ability to support both Windows and mobile device systems.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility with schedules based on special events and project support for Taiwan and global locations.Willingness to travel to support KLA special events.Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
