Labcorp is recruiting an IT Support Intern to join our dynamic team. This is a remote opportunity that will be linked to our Burlington, NC office.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support in the implementation, configuration, and deployment of IT systems.Assist in supporting client computing devices, servers, and printers.Help with the installation and configuration of wireless networking equipment.Work with specialized application software programs to analyze, report, convert, or transfer data.Assist in inventory management, evaluate new and existing IT products, and serve as a liaison between IT, Operations, vendors, and end-users.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Familiarity with basic IT support functions and a desire to learn more about client devices, servers, and network equipment.A+ certification or similar IT certifications are a plus but not required.

Pay Range: $22-$25 hourly

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.  Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.  For more detailed information, please click here.
