**Job Summary**
We are seeking a motivated and self-driven **Information Technology (IT) Intern** for **Summer 2025** to join our team. The IT Intern will support our in-house IT department by providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, and configuring hardware and software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person ensuring a positive customer support experience.
+ Diagnose and resolve hardware (e.g., PCs, mobile devices, desktop phones), software (e.g., business applications, desktop software), and network issues (e.g., wired, wireless, VPN).
+ Assist with the setup and deployment of new PCs, tablets, and phones.
+ Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions in the IT Service Management system (e.g., ServiceNow).
+ Research and recommend solutions for technical problems.
**Key Qualifications**
+ Must be currently pursuing bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study.
+ Must be US Person by definition of US Export Laws.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
+ Strong communication and customer service skills.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
