Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Provide support to end-users for computer, application, system, device, access, and hardware issues. Respond to IT support incidents and requests. Document, track, and monitor support incidents and requests using ITSM application – Freshservice. Coordinate with other IT Operations, Systems, and Network personnel to resolve technical issues.Education & Experience
Education: Actively working towards an Associates degree in Information Science/related field, or relevant practical experience, or degree candidate. Experience: 1 year of experience in IT operations and support or relevant educational experience. Knowledge of PC hardware configurations, software installations (using Microsoft SCCM or Intune), and networking fundamentals. Knowledge and support experience with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory.Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong customer service skills including telephone techniques, listening skills, sense of urgency, and enthusiasm. Strong problem-solving and work prioritization skills. Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment.Working Conditions
