IT Support Specialist

**Job Description**
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day IT needs for Lifeworks Restaurant Group - Walmart. This includes providing hands on support for POS, back office, networking, and other systems ensuring that they are aligned with the IT Operations Manager, who will also support department and company initiatives.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Provide training of POS systems
+ Provide technical support of POS systems, applications, interfaces, and other systems
+ Monitor system status and react to issues as they arise
+ Resolve IT incidents and problems
+ Responsible for proactive support and maintenance around POS systems
+ Ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services to support the business
+ Work cooperatively and take direction from the IT Operations Manager
+ Available for weekend on-call rotation in support of Spark Café Truck
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

**Qualifications**
2+ years of experience working with IT systems preferred: Ideal candidate has experience specifically with Point-of-Sale systems.
Basic understanding of IT systems and infrastructure
Proven ability to effectively troubleshoot IT issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
