Position Description:

Function as the on site IT support specialist for Network connectivity, hardware/software performance, Phone systems, work stations, printers, webcams, MS Teams, email, security cameras (Much of this is interfacing with the vendors.)Growth opportunities in this role to become a lead specialist and have someone working under you eventually.

Required:

1+ year of experience in IT support experience including understanding of Networks and Systems.Willingness to learn new software and hardware to provide support.
